You may as well have some good versions.

Leonard Cohen - my priest at college used to love Leonard Cohen. I am uneducated and do not get it.

Jeff Buckley

The Dresden Dolls

K.D. Lang

Rufus Wainright

Glen Hansard & Markéta Irglová - this is my favourite; [livejournal.com profile] cidercupcakes gave it me. They keep forgetting the words and giggling. It's adorable.

And while I'm doing this I might as well upload some versions of Fairytale of New York.

The Pogues & Kirsty MacColl

Stars - this one is really good.

Christy Moore - I love Christy Moore, even though he sings both parts.

KT Tunstall

I've always loved John Cale's (http://www.sendspace.com/file/2y1t2u) version the best.

And I love Leonard Cohen, but his version of Hallelujah is definitely kind of uninspiring.

I always thought he meant it to be uninspiring, but that the rest of us completely missed the point.

Which is sad, but also hilarious.
