Hey, does anyone know some good things to get my fitness up? I just played football for 2 1/2 hours and I was knackered by the end. Well, by the middle, really. Note: I hate running.

the only thing I can think of that will specifically get you back in shape for running around during football is running in general :(

Yeah, that one's on the FTP. As are the Joe Kelly run on Deadpool (which is amazing), Gail Simone stuff and Cable & Deadpool. Srsly, if you read nothing else try the Joe Kelly stuff.

Well, I just spent about four hours digging a hole. That was a pretty good workout. However, it's not the sort of cardio you need. :(

Also, I hate running outside for some reason, but I actually really like running on a treadmill. Don't know why there's a difference in my brain but there totally is.
