I know, but my bf loves superhero movies, despite never reading comics. He has agreed to read Watchmen now, though!

Things which are a bad idea:

• Seeing Watchmen with someone who has just talked to his father for the first time ever (srsly, the guy called up to complain about his ex-wife, who he has not seen for twenty-five years. Who the fuck does that?)



• Seeing Watchmen with an epic Alexander the Great fanboy.

Anyway, look what I noticed the second time!

Afterwards I asked my bf what he thought of it: *blank look* *loooooooong pause* "I think that went over my head a bit."

Except he keeps singing Hallelujah at really inappropriate times >:(
