That was one of the weirder cinema experiences I've had. The entire audience were in horrified yet slightly hysterical laughter the whole way through.

Best way ever to get a reaction from a guy: when nurse Joker is outside the hospital lean over to him and (not loudly enough to set the two rows behind you to giggling, because apparently I have NO INSIDE VOICE) say "Should I be turned on right now?"

Instant lulz.
