I am lol'ing so hard that on the BBC website the two stories that are winning in the 'most read' section are reports of earthquakes from last year. and that the meteorological site has suddenly gone down.

Oh excited Brits ♥

uh. not that I know these things because I was on those very sites doing the same thing or anything...

There's nothing cool about the earth attempting to crack itself open and devour us. :(

From beneath us, it devours?

Exactly. Although being Canadian, I tend to think that It is about to devour me from beneath, beyond, behind, beside...

I heard it and blamed the cat for running too loudly.

I had a moment of 'what's shaking the floor? Is that the wind?' before all these comments came up on the meme saying they'd had it too.

I wish I'd been on. It would have solved the mystery a little sooner at least but I was engrossed with Life on Mars.

Pffft. Only a 5.3 I don't even get out of bed for anything less than 6.0 these days. :D

Meh, it's not a real earthquake until it brings down a freeway overpass.

If it were stronger I'd warn you to expect aftershocks. Those are fun.

Sometimes they can be stronger than the original quake. :D:

Doesn't anyone on my f-list sleep? The post before this on my list is someone else posting at 1 about the earth quake.
