Day out

Hung out with the boyfriend today in London. We were in the arcade in the Trocadero (btw I still kick ass at Tekken. Kick ass. The thing to remember is that unlike other beat 'em ups, it's not about combos, it's about reflexes. No, not button bashing, reflexes). We had a slight mishap with the air hockey puck, which involved leaving the table completely. And the room. It may have landed on the stairs somewhere. We're not entirely sure. Cue nonchalant walking away *whistles*. At least a stuffed pheasant didn't get in the way this time. My mother still has nightmares about the time I took its head off with the white ball. I'm quite glad that I'd figured out it was not a toy pheasant by then.

Oh, & I bought Ten Things I Hate About You, Clueless & Mean Girls. Again, I say LOL PMT!

I used to be able to complete the entire game with Marshall Law using two buttons. The friend I played with always used to be Paul!

He's probably the best one if you actually know what you're doing, but I could never get the hang of him. Yoshimitsu's another one, although it was always fun to make him commit seppuku!

OMG ME TOO. That is the earliest and only memory I have of spending more than a few dollars at the arcade trying to beat a game. But I was so proud of my amazing secret kick attack! (I was blissfully unaware of the fact that everybody ever who plays with Law can figure out this super secret attack.)
