I'm reading through my mum's Irish cookbook. You can tell it's an Irish cookbook because at the bottom of most of the recipes it says;

Hint: Extra boiled potatoes could be served with this, no other vegetables are needed.

This is proof I am not irish - nayh sucks. Boiled potatoes are evil evil things.
