I finally got round to making the header while I was watching the rugby, & I lose at multitasking, so it is slightly shite. Oh, &

Am I right in guessing that the slight chopped look is what you were referring to? Sometimes my browser messes up normally functional layouts, so I just want to check.

Do you mean the outlines? They're meant to be like that :) Which browser are you using, btw? It looks identical in firefox & IE.

I'm using IE 6. What I meant is, the part on the same line as the journal title is quite visibly misaligned with the rest of the image.

Ah, I understand. It was originally doing that in firefox, too. It's something to do with having to define #header, #header-inner & #header-content-inner all separate. Took me ages to figure that out. I don't know why it would be doing that in IE 6 & not 7. That's very odd.
