Jermain Defoe just punched one of the West Ham team in the nuts!

And Torchwood was v.v. good. (Any bets on it being the Doctor's hand in the jar?)

He plays for Spurs. The guy tackled him so he rolled over, punched him & bit his arm. It was fantastic!

Jack tries to test the whole regeneration thing out in the most extreme sense...

Perhaps it's in the fluid to stop it from growing another Jack.

(and if you look at the torchwood website, I'm willing to bet that Jack has been in Cardiff for a long time...)
