Went out with Kat last night & figured out what my new years resolutions were going to be (if I'm only writing them down now, that means I only have to START now, right?)

New Years resolutions

No more inadvertent streaking (or even on purpose)

Lose weight (*shrugs* I'm a girl)

Get better at playing football (ok, I'm not obviously a girl)

Only agree to things I know I can do

Write something (other than this)

Get up earlier

Do my essays on time

Do my essays

And my reading

We went back to Kat's house after & made yellow candy floss & played with her guinea pigs. She has ten of them. The first three multiplied & her mum couldn't bear to give most of the babies away.

Finally heard from friend whose name shall not be mentioned Re: New Years Eve. She was on the pull (well as near as she ever gets to being on the pull - she's not very forward) to try & get this bloke who is perfect for her, I'm pretty sure likes her, spends ALL his free time with her, but is too shy to do anything about it. Nothing happened - there are times when I really, really want to bang their heads together. And I owe Gez a fiver cos I bet him they'd get together before the start of next term. Damn. Wonder if he'd take payment in kind? ;)

The neighbours from hell are back from holiday & making plenty noise. Quite tempted to go play football in the hallway but might settle for the patio.

P.S. Note to Rachel - no one actually calls him Gez, it's just convenient to write down. You have to admit it's better than Taz's kidney number two!
