Went to the St Patricks day parade in London yesterday - I usually go to the Luton one where I have to put up with the entire crowd (yes, I am including the guy who plays St Patrick) saying "I knew you when you were thisbig!" Which is also the reason why I'm trying to find a different summer job.

The Mayor's speech started with "Twenty years ago, this couldn't have happened." Yes, Ken. We hate Maggie, too.

Fortunately I haven't seen it anywhere. But if anyone sees some eejit woman wearing a huge Irish flag (Whyyy did I buy that? Why? Oh yeah, 'cause it was cheap), please face AWAY from the TV screen. You can look back when the bf comes on screen, 'cause he's pretty.

I do now know the foolproof way to shut the bf up. Stick a video camera in front of his face.
