Football Trials
So on Saturday we had our football trials. Which meant an hour & a half trek each way to the UCL playing fields at Shenley. Also there were football internationals on that afternoon which we all missed (you'd think they'd schedule this kind of thing so that people could watch they sport that they are interested in)
I think I was too nervous to play well. Also, some of the American girls were really good. I think I maybe made the second team though. They seem to think I'm a midfielder, despite the fact that I can't run for shit. Oh well.
Then on Sunday night I came down to the bar only to find an impromptu Abba singalong happening. It was extremely bizarre. Let's just say it wasn't the people you would think. By the time it had turned into an all out camp seventies night, I think I was the only girl there apart from Kate. Believe me, you haven't lived until you've seen 'It's Raining Men' as done by Ryan, Ian, Rob, Brian, Pieter, & the new guys Alistair, Ben, Joe, & Liam. I think I'm going to be in therapy for a long time
